Refunds and withdrawal

Stormchaser is free to play. Purchases are optional and always show the real-money price (in US dollars) before you pay.

Right to withdraw

If you are in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital items that are delivered straight away, that right ends once delivery begins, but only if you asked for immediate delivery and confirmed that you understand this. We ask for exactly that confirmation, with a tick box, before every purchase. If you did not give it, you keep your 14 days.

If something goes wrong

Items are delivered automatically within a minute of payment. If something you bought did not arrive, email us the time of purchase and your payment receipt and we will fix it or refund you. Your rights under consumer law (for example if a digital item is faulty or not as described) are not affected by anything here.

Chargebacks

If a payment is reversed, the matching items may be removed from the account.
